The Rookie Australia Player Management Services Pty Ltd is an Australian registered player management, scouting and marketing company which manages over fifty players of all different levels in Argentina and Australia.

We work and deal with numerous clubs in South America, registered agents, attorneys and managements consortiums worldwide, and now, we are offering our services to all professional clubs in Oceania and Asia.

This is a unique opportunity for all A League Clubs in Australia to have access to high quality rookies and professional players from leading clubs in Argentina.

We have been monitoring the “A” league for the past two seasons and we have carefully selected players to suit the style of Australian football.

We privately introduce players to your club by specific playing position and short video clips through our website upon request. You only need to tell us what type of player you are after!!!.

All players offered are currently training fulltime, and their fitness and health levels will be tested and by our management before traveling.

Our player’s contract status varies from free agents, and/or out of contract to already contracted players
Clubs can firstly bring the players on loan and then exercise the option to purchase.

Often leading clubs in South America are confronted with the predicament of having too many players coming through the youth ranks and there is not enough demand in the senior squad to give these young players an immediate opportunity in a highly competitive and demanding league and often they have to be reluctantly released at the end of the apprenticeship without a contract.

These players can be very handy and a real bargain for clubs in Australia who could capitalize by taking them in, giving them an opportunity to show the value and later on sell them at a profit.

As the “A” league becomes more established, and the Australian fans are more in tune with football, the league needs to deliver quality games for the public to keep attending. It is my personal view that if clubs want to bring overseas players, it should be an injection of quality youth with lots of energy and ambition to succeed and not internationals or re-patriots with tired legs that come to this beautiful country to retire.

A quick story, last year, we were asked to find a young striker by an “A League club”, we suggested a quality rookie from a leading first division club in Buenos Aires on loan, (19 years old, he was still a junior in Argentina).The club requested a fee for the loan (negotiable), the “A” league club coaching staff decided to decline the offer. This year the same player under a new coach is the leading goal scorer for his club and among the top goal scorers in the Argentinean first division.

This “A” league club could have probably tripled the amount of money spent in the loan deal in attendances by having this quality rookie.

He has recently been asked to join a Premier League side in England for 6 million Pounds for the coming season. The “A” League club, could have bought him outright for $ US 200 hundred thousand in the first place, as by taking him on loan we could have organized the right to exercise that option.

This wasn’t a good business decision or there wasn’t enough consultation with the club’s senior management, as this rookie could have been a great investment.

Finally, if your club’s ambition is to add quality players to the team, and to gradually increase the market value of the squad, we can assist by offering an ongoing scouting service and club’s networking.
Working coaches don’t have time to look for players all year around, but we can research, introduce and supply players at no extra cost to your club.

Our service could also be an investment in itself as your club’s coach and officials will never have to embark themselves on expensive tours of South America looking for players, where the time restrictions and the language barrier could be simply the only the difference between scoring or losing a good prospect.

If we do not have the right player readily available in our files, or your coach wants to see more players in action, we can easily organize one of our representatives to meet him at Buenos Aires airport and then arrange the visits to first division, National B or C division clubs etc…
